What are the requirements to rent from e Car Rental Ireland? |
| | Licence:
All drivers must have held a full unendorsed driving licence for at least 2 years
which they must produce at the Malone Thrifty location on commencement of the
rental. The driving licence must be from the country of permanent residence. If
the licence is not in English, an International Drivers Permit is also required.
An International Drivers Permit/Licence is not acceptable on its own. Drivers
with a UK licence must have both parts of their licence with them on collection
of the vehicle. Age: Drivers must be at least 25 years of age on commencement
of the rental to drive groups A/B/C/J/K. For groups D/E/F/L the minimum age is
27 years and for groups H/N/O/P/R the minimum age is 28 years. The maximum age
is 74 years for all drivers. Drivers aged 71 - 74 years inclusive must pay an
insurance surcharge of 7Euro per day and additional optional insurances will be
limited. Credit Card: The main renter must be the holder of a major credit
card. Payment must be made with a credit card as we do not accept cash, debit
cards or the credit card from a third party. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American
Express and Diners Club. |

What do the online rates include? |

Car Rental Dublin's online rates include the Governement Value Added Tax of 13.5%,
Third Party Insurance, Unlimited milleage, collision damage wavier and a 24 hour
breakdown service. If you choose to waive CDW, you must hold a US issued
Gold/Platinum MasterCard or a Canadian issued Gold/Platinum Visa Card. |

What is my excess / deductible? |
| | The
excess deductible is the amount you pay in the case of damage caused to a car.
This excess is limited after which the insurance pays the coast of the damage. | Car

Can I buy additional insurance to reduce my excess? |

CDW insurance is included in your rate, the following insurances are available
to further reduce the renter's financial liability: Theft Protection
Insurance (TP)
In the event of a break in, attempted break in or actual
theft of the vehicle, the renter is liable for the value of damage or the full
value of the car if stolen, unless Theft Protection Insurance has been purchased.

Northern Ireland
Insurance (NI)
If travelling to Northern Ireland, there is a fee of
30Euro per rental. This is to cover any accident or breakdown charges. Cars may
not be taken off the island of Ireland. |

Can I have additional drivers? |
| | You
can have up to a maximum of two additional drivers. These drivers can be on any
car group and must satisfy the same conditios all other drivers. It is also important
to note that the additional driver must be present with his/her license at the
time of pick up.

Can I book a specific make / model? |

e Car Rental Dublin will alwyas do it's best to ensure that you get what you want
it is not always possible to promise a particular make of car to our customers.
If you add the fact that you have a preference for a particular car, or a particular
feature in a car such as a cd player we will do our best to accommodate you. |

When is a booking confirmed? |
| | When
our team receive a reservation we check availability before confirming your rental.
Your reservation is confirmed when: - You receive an email with a booking
reference number
- A Deposit has been taken from your credit card. |

What is e Car Rental Ireland's deposit / cancellation policy? |
| | Once
a booking has been confirmed, a 50% deposit will be taken. Cancellation fees are
charged as follows:
-Cancel at least 14 days prior to your collection
date - 50% of your deposit will be refunded
-Cancel at least 7 days prior
to your collection date - 25% of your deposit will be refunded
-Cancel less
than 7 days prior to your collection date or no show - your deposit will not be
refunded
-Cancellations before the above times will incur a standard fee of
€50 |

Do I need to provide flight information? |
| | The
reason we ask for flight information is to ensure we can offer you a better service.
Our representatives at the airport will be keeping an eye on the landing schedule
in Dublin Airport to make sure that when you land we are ready to get you into
your car as quickly as possible. We must have your flight information 5
days before you depart, otherwise E Car Rental Dublin cannot be held responsible
for you not showing up and not getting a refund. |

Is there an airport collection fee? |
| | All
airport collections are subject to an airport surcharge of 21Euro per rental,
payable on arrival. The exception to this is if a customer picks the car
up from our Compound by means of their own transport. |

Is there an out of hours fee? |

all collections out of office hours, there is a standard fee of 25Euro. |

Can I return my car to a different location? |
| | One
way rentals are allowed between all branches when rentals are of a 3 day minimum.
The charge for returning your car to a different county is 40Euro and for returning
to a different branch within the same county is 20Euro. |

Do you supply baby and booster seats? |
| | Baby
and booster seats are available on requests and should be booked when reserving
your car. Our baby seats are forward facing and are suitable for children aged
from 9 months up to 4 years depending on the size of the child (9kg - 18kg). Our
booster seats are suitable for children aged from 2 years up to 8 years. |

- What is your fuel policy? |

Car Rental Dublin's fuel policy is to charge the customer on collection of the
car and request the car be returned empty. Other options include returning the
car with the same level of fuel as was received when the car was picked up. |
